I'm going to be porting a group of numbers into an Option 11c.
The numbers do not currently have any DNs matching in the Option 11c.
Will the DN magically appear when I port the DID? Or is there a way to make the Option 11c show some DN's?

For example I want to port in xxx-xxx-9122
In the Option 11c when I checked for ext 122 I get the error SCH0881.

I can use IDC to direct 9122 to a DN that does exist. But is there a way to create a new DN of 122 in the system, since it's not already in use?
This is simular to another question I had, but in my other post the DN actually did exist. In this case it does not exist and according to the error No valid DN can be found starting with specified digits.
I'd like to make 122 a valid DN, if that's possible?

Hello Trevor

This is all down to number conflicts. When you did a search using "DNB" with number 122, you got an error as a shorter number was being used. Try a search with "DNB" using a different number such as "1" or perhaps "12" etc. You should see a list on what numbers were allocated.

All you need to do is program 122 somewhere. Try creating a new phone with KEY 0 SCR 122.
A DN doesn't "exist" until it is programmed somewhere.

Creating the extension worked... For any that are an issue, like 129 was in my previous post, I get an error. But for the few that simply were never in the system it creates them just fine!

Thanks again for all the help!
