Create a report that is several pages from a query.

I have a query that works well! I am creating a cover page for EACH last name that shows up in the query. But I do not know how to put each name on each cover page and create multiple cover pages. I can only manage to create one cover page with everyone's last name listed on it. The contents of the cover page must be complete for each person's last name (I tried the command ForceNewPage but it only spreads out the last name without the data from the cover page. i.e. one cover page was printed for each last name where the last name was on seperate pages). but i need it to print a coverpage PER last name..
