Create a new webpage with an uniqe name

I really dont know which forum i should post this problem, but I try here...

I would like my visitors to create a new webpage with an uniqe addres. The new webpage should copy the content from another page. The visitor can then next time go direct to his page...

For example. I have visitor go to

http://www.grindange.com,

here can he create

http://www.grindange.com/mypage.html.

This page should be for him and his friends. mypage.html should copy the content from another page I have. It should be automaticly.

Can be done: you'll need to learn a reasonable amount of programming. You can use any form of server-side script to accomplish this, such as php, asp, jsp, perl, python, any other cgi....apache mod-rewrite (or some other mod for that matter) may be of some use, but to me that would seem an awkward way to achieve this.

My question was HOW I could create a new page!!!!

I'm working with PERL & CGI so if anyone have a link or instructions I would be happy!!
