I need to put my application icon in the desktop. The users just click in the icon and they will start the aplication. Could you help me?

I need to send an Access 97 aplication stand alone. There is not Microsoft Access installed or with diferent versions. Where can i get run time for Access. I understand that if i have it i don´t need to install microsoft Access.<br>
