Create a Copy of the DataBase 1

Dear Sir
I have created a DataBase and want that at the begining of the Next Year it should a copy of the same Database,But the name of the DataBase should be changed.

For Eg:-
if a create a Database named DB1,next year (2004) a copy of existing shud created automatically.and the existing database shub be DB2 and the copy of that shud be DB1 having Blank Entry.

plz help me out sir

If you're talking about an access database, consider FileCopy - if not, consider SQL.

i dont know about "filecopy" option .plz tell me about that or tell the place where i can get the solution..

FileCopy SourceFilePath, DestinationFilePath

Once you copy the database (DB2),you could then clear all existing records in the DB1
