What i wanna do is

i hav 3 different domain with 3 dc.
abc.com
def.com
ghi.com

these domain has thier own dc.

Now i wanna create new domain controller as main dc of these 2 domains. can it be done? or is there any other way.

Well, you could get partitioning software and partition out the machine into 3 different logical servers. This would give you 3 seperate installations, running at the same time. This is not a multi boot configuration.

You would need to make sure its a strong machine, I would say at least a 4 way box, and you would have to get something like VMWare. And NICs, lots of NICs...and bandwidth...how many users do you have to handle for each domain?

Or you could just keep the 3 domain controllers.

If its making things more managable you could consolidate to one box with one domain?

Or keep the 3 domains and DC's and just consolidate your AD and Exchange servers so they are all "controlled" form one location, this is what we have done, we controll all users from one AD and Exchange and the other DC's just replicate from them....i think!

Have you considered one domain with child domains under it? Just a thought.
