CRAXDRT Error Server 20692

When trying to export Crystal report to pdf format from an asp I get the following error?

CRAXDRT Error occurred on Server 20692: Error in file d:\reports\report.rpt: Invalid export DLL or export format

Any ideas anyone please? I've searched everywhere with no luck!

You may not have the pdf dll on your web server.
I think you need to download it form the crystal web site
