CRASH HELP!!!!

Hello,

My Visual Basic just crashed and I have lost 3 days worth of work. If someone could help me how to recover I would really be thankful.

I am not sure but I think I need to use the
.tmp files.

Can't help to recover, but in tools - options set the IDE to prompt to save every time you run or compile a project. VB IDE crashes quite often especially if using API calls and you have an error in your syntax.
