Hello Everyone... I have a big favor to ask. I have an interview next week for a Human Resources position dealing with ReportSmith. I have never used the program and I know that one of the questions in the interview will be on ReportSmith. Can anyone please give me a quick crash course on ReportSmith or perhaps a link where I could learn more about ReportSmith? I understand I wont be able to learn everything but maybe I can learn the "buzz" words or "lingo" on it. I will get trained for the position, but I really want to sound like I did my research for it. Thanks again.

ReportSmith is pretty straight forward. It uses 'menus' to write SQL. I find the logic with the menus to be a bit more novice user than the sql and therefore fairly simple to learn. As a new user, I believe it taxes your understanding of relational databases, table structure of the data, and use of grouping.
