Crackly lines form external and internal calls

Hi i am experiencing crackly lines from internal and external calls . i have replaced the medpro card but still the same issues

Any ideas.. !!!!!

you mention the med-pro is this on IP only calls or is this traffic between two media servers?

Check that all equipment is grounded properly. There should be no voltage potential to ground, between cabinets,and zero ohms resistance.
Look at your errors pages too.
