CR9.5 Details Section Problem

Within Crystal Reports the details section is put into separate pages and to go through the pages all you have to do is click on the 'show next page' icon.

When this report is opened using Crystal Enterprise the details section is just one (very large) page and not a number of different pages as wanted. As a result of this it is very slow to move through the records. Just to help you understand there are 1000's of records in the detail sections.

It sounds like you need to filter the data to limit the number of records you're returning. Maybe add some parameter fields where a user can enter a date range or range of customers??

What viewer are you using in CE?

Try changing to the Active-X viewer.
