Data extracts are being performed to gather statistical information. This made up of around 10 separate reports.
Records are selected on a date range basis however, depending upon the report are linked to different fields e.g. pay end date, termination date and start & end dates.
(two reports do not have any date ranges)

End users require a single report to be run supplying all information.

I created the reports thinking I could simply interlink via subreports, however the main report does not have any parameters and when I try to bring in other subreports the parameter field doesn't even show.

Is my logic completely wrong, appreciate suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

What you need to do is add parameters to the main report and pass them to the relevant subreports using Edit > Subreport Links. Each subreport will be individually linked and may be linked to different fields.

You can also have parameters within the subreport, but this is more messy and each subreport would make its own request.

Since each subreport should run just once, put each in a sparate section of the report header or report footer. You could also have one of them as a the 'main report', doing its own run between the others.
