CR V 10 Print issues 1

I have Lytec 2006 program that uses Crystal Reports and everytime Crystal creates a report it changes the number copies to print on my printer to 3 and I get 3 copies. I have to go into my Control panel on the printer and change it back to 1 or I get 3 copies on everything (ie Word, Excell, etc). My Lytec distributor tells my I have to get another printer to stop this, but that seems a little extreme to me. Any ideas about a fix for this problem.

Note...I've been watching this for several months, and the only time this happens is when Crystal creates the reports. My other reports in Lytec don't do this.

Crystal doesn't do this, Lytec does.

Try opening one of the Lytec reports (I assume by Lytec you mean canned reports that came with Lytec, and that they were built using Crystal) and look at the printer setup.

I can't recall if in CR10 you had the same option as CR XI under File Page Setup,but selecting No printer might resolve this as well.
