My understanding is that the ORDER in which you add a database determines its placement when more than ONE table is used.

For linking purposes I've noticed that when I add databased in a particular order, when I go into DATABASE EXPERT, they "appeart" to be in a different order...and the linking is already predetermined. I know that I can change the links, but my question is this.

When I manually click on a database table that is on the FAR RIGHT ...and move it with my mouse so that it is on the FAR LEFT.... does this effect the order of my databases OR... is it the LINKING that I choose that decides?

What I've been doing is DELETING all links and then moving datatables around in the order I want them, thinking that this will renumber the sequence, so to speak of their original placement?

Is this the correct understanding?

Thanks

cbmcleaning,

It is the linking that determines how they are accessed by CR. I move mine around all the time and change the linking because I know how I want them to link up and a lot of times CR doesnt get the links correct anyways.
