CR 9 and Custom DLLs

I have some SI 7.5 reports that I am moving to a CE 9 enviornment. These reports depend on a couple .DLL files that in CR 7.5 would be copied into, and registered, in the WINNT/Crystal directory. Does anyone know the equivalent location for DLLs in CR9 (since there is no WINNT/Crystal directory)?

If you register these UFLs, it doesn't matter where they are located.
