CR 8 Sorting by field in PH before Group sort 1

Hi all, I wanted to see if anyone could help me with this. I have a report built and it sorts by Emp IDs in my Group. My problem is sorting these employees after I print by hand to put them into their departments. I have field in PH that lists Dept, is there a way to have it sort the reports by PH field first then Group?

I can't simply change group order as it will then effect several Formulas that draw by that Group setup.

Insert another group outside of the emp ID's to group by DEPT.

Thanks!, I am new and not use to groups, was looking at through sort box. Adding group seems to work perfectly. Thanks again!
