Hi,
we run CR 8.5 and often outputs the data by printing it via the printer "Acrobat Distiller" into a PDF file. Now we just upgraded from Adobe 5.0 to 7.0 (and the printer now is not longer named "Acrobat Distiller" but "Adobe PDF" but working similar) and it's happening one thing that is really disturbing: Since the upgrade the proposed filename has the prefix "Crystal Reports".
Example:
Acrobat 5.0 - proposed Filename "file.pdf"
Acrobat 7.0 - proposed Filename "Crystal Reports - file.pdf"
As we do not have this behaviour when we print word or excel or any other kind of documents I think it must be a part of Crystal Reports that is now working different.
Can someone tell me how to suppres this new suffix?? May the different printer name be an explanation?
Thank you!
Barbara
