CR 8.5 Installation error 1

Hello everyone, someone I work with is trying to install Crystal Reports 8.5 on their home computer. When this person tries to run crystal reports they get the following error.

"CRW32 has caused an error in enterpriseframework.dll"

The only info I have about the computer at the moment is it's a DELL and running Windows Me. If anyone has any idea's that would be great. Thanks.

Finally was able to try this out. The first link did the trick. I used the step involving unregistering the 2 files. This person doesn't have the internet so i didn't try installing tcp/ip... if she had internet the issue probably wouldn't of occured. Thanks for your help!!
