CR 2008 Making Options Stick

Hello,

I am using CR 2008 and have not been able to figure out how to make the changes I make in Options to stay. For example I change the Grid Size to .01 but it always comes back up with the default of .083.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Your response will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to make the change by going to File / Options and for this example going to Grid Size.

The change works for the current session, but when I start the program again it reverts back to the default of .083

File options, not file, report options, is the correct way to do this. I do not know why it won't stick. Have you downloaded the latest updates?

I have the latest version with SP0 in 2 computers and it does the same thing. I'll try calling support and let you know if I get an answer.

Turns out that I was creating the problem by going to a too-low number for the grid size 0.1. By going up a notch to 0.11 it works.

The interesting thing is that the low number would work fine during the current session.
