CR 10 Standard Version ODBC Connection

When I try to connect to an ODBC datasource I get the following error message:

Not Implemented: This is Crystal Reports Standard Edition. Please upgrade to the professional edition to access this database.

Doesn't CR 10 SE connect to ODBC connections?!?!?!?

Can someone suggest a work-around?

I've never figured out why they even make the "Standard" version....ODBC should be a minimum feature IMHO.

Hi,
IIRC, some ODBC connectivity is in Std, but only to PC based Databases ( Access, Excel, SQL?)
