cpu usage climb to 100% and server hangs

hi

Using arcserve 2000 as a backup server. Problem start when I try to expand this particular folder in a backup job. the cpu usage of this backup server climb to 100% and server hangs for quite some time. It will only resume to normal after we click on other part of the screen after some time.

BTW, is arcserve 2000 build 1086

Install the ARCserve Manager on another system and see if it has the same problem to find out which end the problem is at.
