Talking about CPU temperature, if you think it is overheating make sure it is properly cooled. Make sure that you have a heatsink and fan directly on the CPU, some thermal gel wouldn't hurt it either. You might also check into making sure there is a proper flow of outward air. If the heat is building in your system, it may just be that it needs to be moved elsewhere, away from the motherboard and the chip. There are cards /w fans you can buy that will do just that. You might also thin about a chassis fan. I like to do this test. Take your finger and place it on your CPU, if you get burned or cannot hold it there too long, your chip needs cooling!
