CPU running at 100% all the time.

I am running windows 2000, Intel 800mhz, and since this morning the CPU runs at 100%. I can't do anything! It takes 5 minutes to just open 'My Computer'. I can't figure this out! I can't do anything! I couldn't see any out of the ordinary processes. Can anyone please help me?
