I am a hardware idiot!!!!! I got this barebones system that came with a motherboard that supports pentium III CPU up to 500 MHZ and also supports up to 100 Mhz Bus. I got a pentium III 533 processor that goes to 133Mhz bus. Will the two work together at all. I was thinking that the board will support the chip up the 500 MHZ and 100 MHz bus? I don't want to just go and experiment until I know for sure...Can anyone help...

You might want to check the motherboard manufacturer's site for the latest and greatest info on how to make it work. We found we could use the faster CPU after flipping a few dip switches. Mary
