CPU and Memory Recommendations

Does anybody have any recommendations on memory levels for 2950 24 ports switches? We currently have around 50 users spread across 3 switchs and each currently has 3MB or memory. Is this too low?

Also, when looking into CPU usage and memory usage stats what is considered high? over 50%? 80%.

Any thoughts on this would be great.
