CPL Files

How do you create CPL files? I want to add an EXE file to the Control Panel but it obviously has to be in CPL format.

I downloaded Manitools CPL Generator but it doesn't seem to work;

In Windows 98, it creates the file and it appears in Control Panel. When you double click it, a little box pops up saying that it was created using that software, and then.....nothing.

In Windows NT 4, it creates the file but that doesn't even appear in Control Panel. When you double click the CPL file, nothing happens.

It looked like a good program too...if only it worked.

Hmm, I'm sure this used to work. Perhaps you need to try and find a previous version, else try your hand at some programming.
