Hello!

I'm sorry if this is to easy but how do i install packages downloaded from CPAN
I have Windows XP and ActiveState.

Have you tried running ppm from a command prompt?

> ppm

> install PACKAGE (i.e. install DBI )

Otherwise:

http://www.cpan.org/modules/INSTALL.html

There's instructions on how to install on Windows

Well i have tried those but:

ppm prints that it can not locate PPD file for package AStar.

And if i just copy downloaded files to my perl/lib directory it prints that it can not find some thing else and when i down load that thing then there is something else and so ...

> search Star

and see if that brings up the AStar you need. I think it might.
