CP100 * in MB to A/A

The customer is saying that they use to be able to press * in a MB and return to the A/A. I'm clueless on how this can be done? I tried in NVM and CP mode for the system and MB and neither option works? Any ideas?

In CallPilot under Auto-Attendant is General Properties.

In General Properties, check the box next to [Return to Auto-Attendant:] and this will fix your problem.
