CP .vbk Upload?

Over several versions of "CP Player", not one has successfully uploaded the .vbk files to a CP 3.0.

Must the CP Player be exactly the same release as the CP itself?

It's a goofy thing this.

Always an issue yet unresolved by Nortel.

I supect the CP Player is to sensative to the file.

The post he refers too was mine, I used Roxio Sound Editor 7 and got it to work.

So maybe try 2.5 and a good sound editor or just the latter as it worked for me.

Save as
• Bit Rate - 8 KHz
• Audio sample size - 16 bit
• Channels - 1 (mono)
• Audio format - PCM

I'ld read those posts under search parameters. We are trying the audio format this eve. I threw the post up in case someone had found something further.
