Can anyone tell me how one goes about getting .wav files into a Nortel 100/150 system if they are already pre-recorded?
Apparently they need to be .vbk extentions, with a 8000 khz,8 bit .wav file to start with.

You need to install desktop assisant thats on the CP CD

from there you can use the player to convert the wav to vbk then you can go into the CP browser and import the new file.

If if I'm correct, I have my customer bring the pre-recorded wav files into the
system through the greeting section and save the file,it then is a vbk file format.
Then he puts that file in the proper selective prompt box?
Thanks for all the help guys
Ken

Save the wav files to your desktop, when you open the player select Open then navigate to your desktop then start the converting.
