CP Language Utility Operation Timed Out

I have a Call Pilot 150 rls 3.1 on a MICS 7.0. I am trying to change the Primary Language. I follow all of the steps to a T but the utility times out after one minute. Just before it times out it says "Generating 7.0/language template config"

Anyone ever come across this?

it shouldnt ...i've done quite a few

How is the PC connected to the CP? trying using back-to-back

Also dont have any traffic on it
