I have an option 81c with cp rls 4.0. User stopped being able to access mail via LAN. Clan shows connected, but I am unable to ping IP address. System has been working since 2006. Any ideas?

CP 201i CLAN connected but not talking

I had one do this to me and I had to flip the cables and use the ELAN on the CLAN and vise versa. No patches or any other solutions worked for me. I also ditched those crappy RJ45 couplers that Nortel supplied and made up a couple using cabling stuff.

After hiring another company to look at the situation, looks like the disk is corrupted and has to be reloaded
