CP 150, cannot delete a mailbox

I'm trying to delete mailbox 271, the message says
" mailbox 271 cannot be deleted because it is currently in use " It is not in use, as station 271 is displaying the time and date in the display window. Any suggestions ??

the only time a norstar has said that to me the mbox was involed in an acd queue somehow...

A reboot usually works for me, too. When I'm trying to delete one in a CCR, it'll tell me it's in a CCR. Could be a line supervision issue? Reboot should fix it, anyway.
