If you are asking for a package to plug an Access application into the front and in some way, it spits out a working VB6 application. The long answer, the short answer, and the answer in between is NO. Like you said, you plan it yourself and you convert it yourself. Obviously, you will not have a problem connecting to the underlying Access tables, but, the forms will be a nightmare. There is no way the VB forms system even comes close to the enriched flavor, power, and ease of an Access form.
And finally, remember, when setting this up; if the project took 4 months to do in Access, it will take 3 times that in Visual Basic.
