Here's my scenerio.

We have a DID programmed on our switch, and the port is x'd out and coverage path is created (so the caller is directed straight to coverage).

The coverage path has 3 entries, and what we want to have happen is the call to end up in the last persons voicemail if the call is not answered (not the voicemail of the DID the person dials - which I know is possible by programming a message indicator button for the DID extension on the third persons set.)

I know this is possible, I just can't remember how !
Thanks.

Depends on the voice mail; there are a number of threads out there already that give multiple solutions on the Intuity.

on Intuity, use the auto attendant routing table to make the call route appropriatly.

ch att rout

Enter the X port extension and the two mailboxes (day & night...can be the same) you want the caller re-directed to.

i had the same issue with cisco unity on my G3. i had to essentially trick the switch into thinking the call was for that last extension by creating a vdn and vector pointing to the last number.

Forgot to mention that voicemail is Octel .... if it was Intuity it would be easier !!

Thanks.

Depending on the version of software and trunk type, you may be able to do a digit conversion.
Another option is contact the providor for that did and ask them to translate to the digits you want.
