Coverage path to two remote numbers then back to our voicemail

I have a Definity G3siV8. I am trying to setup a coverage path where it forwards to two cell phones then go back to our voicemail.

I am able to test that a call can forward to the first number (r4) but it doesn't get forwarded to the second number (r5).

Can the system still tracks the forwarding? Or once a call is forwarded to the cell phone, I need to setup the cell phone to forward to the next cell phone?

But if the latter is the case, then I won't be able to bring the call back to our voicemail system; the second cellphone will pickup the voicemail?

You've got it, once the call leaves the system you no longer have control of it. If you have EC500 you could extend the call to one cell and if not answered bring it back to follow the coverage path.
