Coverage path problem 1

Hi all,
I have setup a coverage path for an agent with ring set to 3 times and then goto cover. The problem is that it seems to ring 7 times rather than 3? I also tried initially to set it to 10 rings and it would just ring out. Any ideas on what may be happening?

I am assuming that you are not in the USA. The Definity, being an American system, is set to count rings at US frequency. In the UK for example you would set the coverage path to approx half the number of rings that you want. However you will be limited to 2 on screen (4 in reality) because setting to 1 causes the calls to go to cover immediately.
