Coverage path point? What is c2? 2

Hello,

I am trying to figure out what c2 in position one of my coverage path is. Point to is h10 or the voicemail huntgroup. Any ideas what a c2 coverage point is? Test calls dont help me to figure out what c2 is.

It is a coverage answer group. Display coverage answer group 2 to see who is a part of it.

This will show you where it is going. It covers to these individuals first then to VM.

I have two members of coverage answer group 2
5676 and 5672. couldn't these just have been added as points 1 and 2 and point 3 being h10 of the coverage path?

I have much to learn. Whats the differnce between a huntgroup and a coverage answer group?

Yes you could have placed them as separate points in a coverage path. The coverage answer groups rings both at the same time or you may have set it up to ring at one station and then alt to the other station.

A answer group is a group of people set up to answer the phone. Instead of hunting for the next person it gives you an option to allow the phone to ring on all the stations.
