I have 2 attd consoles. Each console is assigned an extension number on the attendant console screen. I have had a request from a manager for the 2 extension to roll to each other after 3 rings. I don't think this is possible - anyone able to verify for me?

Could you put the extensions in a cover path that one is the first point and the other is the second point? Of course, people would have to dial a different number to start with cuz you can't put a cover path on the attdt console.

hello,
We have this set up in our switch. What we did is set up a hunt group with personal ext. assigned to the hunt group and then a coverage path. Within the coverage path you have the attendent ext. assigned as first point and the second attedent as the second point then to vm. Hopes this helps.

The only thing about using the attdt extension is that in most cases, if the attd is on a call, the 'calls in cue warning' beeping doesn't beep for extension seeking calls.
