Is there a "back-out" or transfer option once you are in a Startalk Flash voicemail box? (For example * 8 on Avaya) So callers could transfer to the other person instead of zero'ing to the operator.

We upgraded our Startalk from 2 to 4 ports, is there an easier way to figure out if all 4 ports are working than just having 4 phones at one time call their VM?

Lastly, I am adding 2 new phone lines to our MICS XL 1.0, they will be the first 2 lines on the 12x0 expansion cabinet. I don't have a manual that tells me what line numbers they will be, i.e. the first 8 lines are 1-4 and 25-28.

Forgive me if my questions are too obvious, it has been alittle while since I did much more than add or delete extensions/VM boxes on this system. Thanks again for any help.

When in a mailbox pressing * gets you back to the AA, opening 4 mboxes at once is the easiest or go into maintenance and check the port dn status for the ports you hooked up to the vmail. If you install the 12x0 in the top expansion slot your lines will be 49,50.
