CountA??, not sure

I need to count how many occurrences there are with the following criteria:

If column A = Jan-04
If column C = Prod
If column D = Mig

Then count how many entries there are in column A.

jh, I could be wrong, but were you trying to 'Thank SkipVought for this valuable post!??
