I have a win 2K3 SP1 server running WSUS and Symantec AntiVirus. These apps are configured to update during the early morning hours....I am getting the following error message about every 3rd or 4th day:
Synchronization failed. Reason: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS..
If I simply log on to the server and then manually start the update process for these apps - they work fine. They will continue to work fine for a few days then the error appears again.
I have seen on the net that this may have to do with some .NET settings...but I haven't found any ideas for solutions...
Thanks for any assistance,
Mark
