Could not be authenticated - Citrix Administrator

I am unable to connect to one of my terminal servers in Citrix administrator. I am running Citrix Metaframe 1.8. Does anyone know why this is happening? thanks

Seems to me that the ICA Browser service stopped running ! Check your services
