Cost of IIS

Does anyone know the licensing details of IIS. Do you have to buy a license for the option pack or IIS, or does it come only as part of NT/2000 Server?

It comes as part of the server product. Personal Web Server (IIS 4 look alike) comes with Visual InterDev).

MS licensing is a bit obscure. Last time I checked, you license NT Server (including IIS) on a per-user basis. If you plan to put your server on the internet for unlimited users to access, you need to purchase the internet connectivity pack. I think total cost (initial purchase + ICP) is around USD $3500.00

I'm almost certain that the ICP is required only for win2k/iis5. With NT/IIS4 you don't need to purchase the ICP for an internet server.
