I have a G3si V11.
Software load R011i.03.2.536.1
I have a VAL TN2501AP HW02 FW021

After a maintenance reboot of our PBX by our Business Partner it looks like the translations are corrupt. Specifically related to announcements.

I beleive that this type of corruption is usually fixed by Avaya but my BP is telling me that Avaya is no longer supporting our software release so they won't fix it, despite us being on a service contract with the BP.
I've escalated it and waiting to hear back from them, but thought I'd try the wizards here first.

When I try to do a "Change announcements", I get an "Error encountered, can't complete request".

I beleive a specific announcement is corrupt. I can do "change announcements 99" and that works. If I do change announcements 98, I gets into the change, I see the announcement but the type is blank and any change I try is met with the same "Error encountered, can't complete request".

We've tried erasing the announcement boards. We have 1 TN2501AP and 2 TN750C and I erased all 3 with "Erase Announcement" and still the same.
Tried rebooting the PBX too.

I can't survive long if I can't change announcements.
The worst part is as a security precaution, we have most of our announcements "protected", which means I can't even change most of them without erasing the board, and reloading them all.

Anyone else have an idea how I can fix this?
I've even contemplated if it was possible to "wipe the PBX" without killing the RTU and redo all the programming if I have to, but not even sure that is possible without Avaya's help.

Big thanks to AvayaTier3! Fixed my problem that even my Avaya BP could not fix!
