Corporate Edition 7.01 - No scans

I have loaded NAV Corp. Edition 7.01 on a Win NT Server and when I go into the program, the scan floppy or scan computer screen comes up blank. Any suggestions, it appears that something is not registering correctly, but I have no idea what it might be. Thanks
