to make the Corporate Directory application work?

I have a RLS25.15 system with with corp dir package enabled that does not want to play ball. The csv file has been loaded successfully manually but it's not coming up on a 3904 with CRPA assigned. It's only a matter of time before a take a 12 gauge to it an blow a large hole it the front cover.

BTW I forgot to mention, it works fine on 25.15 can post patch listing if anyone's interested.
