When we are trying to dial from Corporate Directory we are getting a message saying there are no lines available. If we dial without a line selected it goes directly onto the loudspeaker (obviously).
The question is, how do we configure Corporate Directory (or the PBX) to dial the number using the current line so that we can lift the handset, find the entry and dial?
