CorelDraw 10 Application Recovery Manager

CorelDraw 10's Application Recovery Manager wizard starts up whenever I import/export and most times when I open a file I haven't accesed in a while. First this ARM asks if I would like to send a report of the failure to Corel Corporation but gives an error it won't send the report. I lose whatever changes I made up to the point I last saved. I then have to cntrl+shift+esc and end the program, start back up and only then can I access the file. However, restarting the program doesn't fix the import/export problem. I often revert back to using ver9 to do that.
