Copying password/pop3 info in OE6/XP

I have a small network that runs XP with OE6. OE6 is only set up for 'user1' say, but now I want 'user2' to be able to use it to.

My question is, is there a quick way of enabling this, without me going round each machine and doing it 'by hand'?
